Volunteers are one of the largest resources of MACSA and also its main pillar. One way to help MACSA is to volunteer. A volunteer is a philanthropist responsible for doing something honorary related to MACSA.
The only difference between a volunteer and an official jobholder of MACSA is the lack of payment and salary.
For several reasons, MACSA needs volunteers:
- Like any other people-centered foundation, MACSA collects its social identity through its volunteers.
- Volunteers, by fulfilling the executive needs, extricate the Institute from recruiting and, consequently, spending an unnecessary cost.
- Our volunteers raise money for MACSA by doing activities like charity bazaars.
- After a while, each of the volunteers becomes an ambassador of MACSA, transmitting its messages and missions to the community.
